supporters, and especially the rail staff of North Wales.

Festive
Greetings
The episode reaches you from behind a pile of mince pies and marzipan
chocolates .... as this site sees its ninth (or is it tenth?) Christmas
we'd like to extend thanks to everyone who has supported the enterprise
over all these years. Despite our intention to close down at the end
of 2000 (!) we hope to continue for a while longer while the interest
remains: with 4655 copies of the Notice Board page having been
downloaded in the week ending 19 December there's certainly not much
sign of
apathy at the moment. If your contribution does not always get used,
please don't be offended, and keep on sending, this is always due to
lack of editorial time which has been about as available as Class 175s
recently.
A special mention to those who have sent us e-cards, one from as far
away as Honduras. In the sprirt of things Yuletide, now for a
traditional puzzle. In the hexadecimal array below are fragments
chopped from images which have passed across the editorial desktop in
the last few months. The question in each case is 'Which station?'
No prizes, but if anyone cares to send in answers to the usual address
we'll be pleased to hear from them and the best entries will at least
get a mention in dispatches: use the subject heading 'Christmas Puzzle'
if you can.
